After the government's multi-billion dollar boost to Medicare incentives came into effect last year, more GPs across Australia are switching to bulk billed practises.
The Eastern Melburnian's Matthew Sims says doctors have told him this uptick could result in patients not being able to get the level of care they need, and that some clinics might only be trialing the scheme to see if it works for their business.
