👋 G’day everyone, Archie here.

Hope you’ve all been keeping well, given everything that’s going on. We’ve got a decent chunk of news for you to sink your teeth into today. So let’s crack into it 🗞️

It takes six months of all the experts examining all of the evidence and when that kind of information comes out, that’s a valid thing to talk about

Curtin University journalism academic Dr Glynn Greensmith - ABC

🗣️ Why did he say that?

Dr Glynn Greensmith appeared on ABC Radio Perth on Tuesday with an important reminder for people searching for answers in the wake of Sunday’s horrific attack.

Greensmith says that while authorities investigate what happened, we should focus on the heroes and victims of the attack.

He pointed out that digging through every post or detail of the shooter’s life “does their job for them” by giving attention to someone who intended harm.

I give you the rundown of what happened, how they responded, and what we did next.
