Today I had a chat with Professor Alan Morris from UTS. He painted a very grim picture for those who are currently renting but still aspire to buy a home in this country.
Morris predicts the housing crisis will get worse, with more people becoming renters, potentially for life.
This will also impact retirement life, which will become even harder. The current pension, for example, already can’t keep up with rent in all our major cities.
So what needs to change?
