In 2018, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull introduced a rule banning ministers from having sexual relations with their staff. It came after the very public revelations of Barnaby Joyce’s affair with staffer former Vicky Campion. Joyce later stood down as Deputy Prime Minister.
